The My Maps app provides a simple way to view your custom maps that you've created using My Maps.

My Maps for Android includes a no-fuss interface, whereby you can search-for or load custom maps that you've built, which are then displayed in the main panel of the program. You can sort map lists by name or when they were last viewed. 

The My Maps app doesn't allow you to build maps, and nor does it give you full access to spreadsheet data.
